Way Fresh win big contract for European company!

Yeeeaaaa Haaaaah!!!  Sorry just had to let that out.  As mentioned in the previous blog post we had been spending a bit of time in the last month pitching for a large new client and we received the news today that they have decided to go with us!!

The client is the SMG group who look after around 16 venues in the UK and Europe including the Metro Radio Arena in the North East, who we currently manage.  Using our contacts at the Arena we managed to get our foot in the door and after numerous telephone conversations, proposals and meetings they gave us the nod today.

Our proposal is to initially cover the new Leeds Arena website, Bridgewater Hall, Plowright Theatre, the Baths Hall and the York Barbican. For these we intend to build a theatre based CMS system which will be shared by all of the smaller theatres and then an Arena styled CMS for Leeds which can then be rolled out to the Metro Radio Arena too at a later date.

Then fingers crossed if we do a great job we’ll be asked to look at some of the other Arenas they manage.

We have also been asked to look at their corporate site first which will entail full profiles on all of their venues, company history, current vacancies, case studies, staff profiles and their latest news, so we’re currently planning this one out now.

Time to break out the bubbly before we get cracking!
